1. Entertainment Disclaimer

All readings and services provided by Psychic Jahari are for entertainment purposes only. Our services should not be used as a substitute for professional advice including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological counsel.

We make no claims or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided during readings. Any decisions you make based on the information provided are solely your responsibility.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Services Offered

Psychic Jahari offers spiritual readings and guidance services, including but not limited to:

  • Free mini readings via email
  • Paid personalized readings through our Etsy store
  • Various reading types focusing on love, career, family, and life purpose

4. Free Readings

Free readings are limited to one per person. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone who attempts to obtain multiple free readings through any means, including but not limited to using multiple email addresses or false information.

5. Paid Services & Refund Policy

Paid readings are processed through Etsy and are subject to Etsy's terms of service. Due to the personalized, digital nature of our readings, all sales are final and non-refundable once a reading has been delivered.

By purchasing a reading, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital readings are created specifically for you and cannot be resold or returned
  • Delivery of the reading constitutes full performance of our service
  • You waive any right to a refund once the reading has been sent to you
  • Dissatisfaction with the content or accuracy of a reading does not entitle you to a refund

If you experience technical issues receiving your reading (e.g., email delivery failure), please contact us and we will resend it.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to obtain multiple free readings
  • Use automated systems or bots to access our services
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff
  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Redistribute or resell any content from our readings

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Psychic Jahari and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psychic Jahari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Psychic Jahari, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

You and Psychic Jahari agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

Class Action Waiver: You and Psychic Jahari agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Psychic Jahari.

Arbitration Procedures: Any arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, you and Psychic Jahari may pursue claims against each other in court.

Severability: If any portion of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in effect.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

15. State-Specific Disclosures

California Residents: Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California consumers are entitled to the following specific consumer rights notice: The Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 N. New York Residents: Psychic Jahari's services are provided for entertainment purposes only. We do not claim to predict the future or provide advice that should be relied upon for making important life decisions.

Nevada Residents: This service is provided for entertainment purposes only in compliance with Nevada state law.
